HOW WE USE THE REGISTER
We use the register for customer relationship and administration, and to execute customers and data protection officers rights and duties. Based on accounting legislation, we are required to store our transactions and other accounting material for the time period defined by the law.
In addition we use the register for marketing, mainly the online marketing and direct marketing.
The data will not be used for automatized decision making or profiling.

Billing or invoicing address, information
Details of the actions made in the webpage, e.g. order
The information our customers have given themselves
SOURCE OF INFORMATION
The information saved in our data base is given by the customer through a message sent via webpage, via email, during telephone conversation, via social media, via contract or during a meeting/event, where the customer is willing to hand over the information.
SHARING THE INFORMATION
Finninno Oy is sharing the information according the law only. We don´t share any customer information for third parties. We may publish information only when it is agreed with the customer.
PROTECTION OF THE DATA BASE
We assure, that we do our best to keep your data safe and secure. We have been taking care of the security concerning the internet server and the digital information, computers and hard drives. The data base is handled with highest confidential way and only with persons who it is concerned.
THE RIGHT TO CHECK AND CORRECT
Everyone who is in the data base has the right to check the saved information and ask to correct the wrong or missing personal information.
If you wish to do so, please send a message to the data protection office (above). We may ask you to prove your identity and will reply to you as soon as possible (according to the law, latest in one month).
The person who is in the data base of Finninno OY, has the right to ask to delete her/his personal information. The person has all rights according to the EU Data protection regulation (2016/679) to limit the personal information in certain situations. Please send all requests via email to the data protection office (see above). We may ask you to prove your identity will reply to you as soon as possible (according to the law, latest in one month).
